   What an elaborate house of cards has been built – amazing that so many of us could have been taken in by it! Now, at last, it seems likely that the house of cards is going to come tumbling down. No wonder there is such scrambling to shore up the foundations of the house, but a fabric of lies does not a good foundation make.

   The article misstates the report and the report misstates the facts. It is not illegal or unreasonable for a president to authorize an alternate source of intelligence, and based on CIA screwups it would seem mandatory in the future to do so.

   This sort of thing will continue to happen as long as we allow American Zionists who hold more loyalty to Israel than America to populate high positions in our government.

   We are dealing with the Middle East. It is not in our best interests to have policy being made by completely amoral people who have an obvious bias and are utterly unconcerned with the conseqences. Feith doesn’t give a good goddamn how many people have died, whether Arab/Muslim or American, as long as Israel’s enemies (real or imagined) are being eliminated.

   And when you add to this infestation in our government the fact that almost all media is in their fellow travelers’ hands, the outlook for America is grim.

   I expect countless thousands more will die before the benighted American people wake up and ship these cowards and traitors to the country the truly love. With one-way tickets, of course.

   Walter–I guess it’s not unreasonable to authorize an alternate source of intelligence,
   but it sure as hell is unreasonable and illegal to use it to invade another country, especially when it’s a pack of lies. The CIA
   screwed up because Tenet tried to give Bush the distorted and twisted information he and
   Cheney demanded. Bring these criminals to justice–they have no shame.

   What we are talking about here are WAR CRIMES and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY! Make no mistake about it, the U.S. has lost ANY moral justification and standing that it had. It exist as a rogue state. Unless these Bush admin officials are prosecuted America will remain a failed state in steep decline. Every American should be deeply ashamed of their nation.

   Okay, here’s where we start to connect the dots and get to the meat of the matter regarding the Israeli lobby within the United States. Here’s where we expose Americans who are working as Israeli operatives within our government and the people who supply “information” and “expertise” to decision-makers within our government.

   In this case it’s Douglas Feith, who was former undersecretary under Rumsfeld who (according to Tom Teepen of Cox Newspapers) “…cooked up an ‘alternative intelligence assessment’ that ignored and misrepresented intelligence findings in order to sell the (Iraq) war.” Teepen’s source was none other than the Pentagon’s inspector general report.

   From Paul Krugman, writer for the NY Times:

   “…the Pentagon’s now-infamous Office of Special Plans, led by Abram Shulsky…helped sell the Iraq war with false claims about links to al_Qaida.” He goes on to write that “current and former officials said the Pentagon’s Iranian direcorate has been headed by Abram Shulsky.”

   And who is Abram Shulsky? From an article in Dissident Voice (http://tinyurl.com/3xsa3s): “Who’s producing that fear, here in the USA? I’m guessing one need look no further than the Pentagon’s Iran Directorate, established by Cheney last year, reporting to his daughter Elizabeth, and headed by the little-known neocon operative Abram Shulsky.”

   You got it right, expat. But the MSM keep everyone occupied by excitedly reporting about Anna Nicole Smith or a crazy astronaut. We have a war criminal in the White House and the democratic congress is too cowardly to impeach the bastard. The U.S. is utterly disgraced and I am deeply ashamed of the U.S. government. It sure as hell isn’t my government anymore. Support our troops! Ha! War criminals obeying unlawful orders don’t deserve respect or support.

   I’ve known people like Feith, that lie to you, and you know they’re lying, and they know you know, but they still persist in lying to you. They would rather climb a tree and lie than stand on the ground and tell the truth. Then they complain that you never believe them.

   It seems to me that Feith and Wolfowitz and the gang concocted the case for war and when it blew up in their faces, laid it at the door of the CIA. Thousands and thousands dead, the prestige of an entire nation in tatters, divided against itself and a trillion dollars abscounded from social programs that would have enhanced every nook and cranny of this world. Yes, words are important.

   And yet, some still fail to see the absolute tragedy these pompous jackels have visited on us all. They’re still buying the lies, I suppose, to avoid accepting that they were taken in, to deny the diminishment of their sense of self worth, too proud to see the truth. Pretty much the same mechanism that keeps con men flush with the life savings of the elderly, their crimes unreported and unpunished.

   How is it possible that Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and Feith can escape being charged with war crimes?

   If they cannot be prosecuted, will there EVER be a case in which architects of destruction can be?

    Feith and Libby are poisons to our Democracy. Most of us would fight to the death to anything that TRUTHFULLY threatened our borders. But not for the lies that these guys told, and got away with. Why are they not in prison? They are largely responsible for the death of 1000’s.

    This is NOT about Feith, Libby, or even Bush – it is about the underlying structure of neocons, especially the Israeli operatives within the Bush administration and within the supporting neocon think-tanks who are pushing for a fight with Arabs. This is about U.S. policy and how people implanted at very high levels are affecting that policy to do things that are not in our best interest.

    What Bush and especially Dick Chaney are doing is treasonous! But so is what Feith, Wolfowitz, Perle, Abram Shulsky, and other Zionist operatives. The noecons here and in Israel are pushing us into a pan-Arab war. Iraq is just the tip of the iceberg.

    I wake up every morning hoping to hear some news that our congressional leaders have reinstated the “doctrine of the separation of powers” and are actually taking the necessary steps to put an end to the blatant exercise of arbitrary power by this administration.

    The concept of “rule by executive order” does not exist anywhere in the United States Constitution, and these OEs in addition to presidential “signing statements” must be addressed by Congress if they are to retain their Constitutional power of checks and balances.

    Feith, Libby or anyone else responsible for the fraud that led to this war in Iraq should be put behind bars.

    While we are talking about the criminals, let’s not forget the “new Pearl Harbor.” Plain and simple, planes did not bring those steel towers, including WTC 7, down. Where was NORAD on 9-11-01? These are treasonous murders we are talking about, who kill ours as easily as they kill people from other nations. This whole thing isn’t about ideologies, security, or any national interest. It is and always has been about money.

    Impeach them before they declare amnesty,

    convict them before they appoint their mothers judges, and

    bury the dead at the new national cemetery
    in Crawford.

    Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Douglas Feith is an example of what the brains of this mob family practices: choose people who will owe you big time and place them in positions way over their heads. That befuddles the experts, did they commit their crimes because of stupidity? or did they know what they were doing? It’s both, folks.

    What’s depressing is that all this is hardly new. Virtually the same people lied about the Soviet Union’s capabilities back in the 1970s, over-ruling CIA intellegence, leading to the massive Reagan-era military build-up:

    Angry that the CIA didn’t share their delusions, a group of right-wingers set up “Team B”. The team included Paul Wolfowitz, and none other than then CIA director George HW Bush signed off on it, and Donald Rumsfeld made speeches based on Team B’s lies.

    These people are literally criminals and should be dealt with as such. Where are our elected representatives? Why do they permit a small group of criminals to run our government?
