We can thank the lap dogs of corporate media for not forcing this issue out into the open. I personally believe everyone in this country knows, even if only on a subliminal level, that this war is all about oil. It enrages me that no one will talk about. I guess it’s all part of the fantasy world that Bushco has created and maintained through corporate media control and the silencing of dissent.

Iraq has always been about gargantuan billionaire companies wanting oil and government contracts in exchange for us, the stand in peasant casualties.
My suggestion is to declare that Halliburton has WMD, invade their banks and pay off our entire national debt!!!
Well, until recently, I would’ve said “no shit” and “told ya so” and such. Now, I’m not so sure. I mean, yeah, oil is a draw, but if that’s all we’re focused on, I think we’re missing the forest for the trees.
As I and many others have posted, there are other nefarious characters at work in the Middle East region. A H-U-G-E factor is the influence other countries have on American policy. As far as the Middle East goes, what other country would have a huge stake other than Israel? The neocon (Zionist) faction of Israel, along with the neocon (Israel Lobby) faction in the US, hold a LOT of sway on American policy. In short, we are in Iraq for other factors other than oil. I used to believe that we went to Iraq to get their oil. I no longer believe that. Sure, the oil is nice and we’ll help ourselves to it, but as for going to war in the first place, no - look to Israel and its operatives within the US.
As Mr Noam Chomsky has said in a recent interview, The America Mafia, meaning the U.S. government, went to Iraq to control the oil fields. The American Ministry of Propaganda, meaning the mainstream media, never talks about the real reason for the American invasion of Iraq. No wonder the American public is so naive, uninformed, and unable to think compared with other nations of the world. Please, you Amerrican public, you gotta be smarter than that.
