   Good work. It’s frightening that to get the governemnt to do its job, it takes hundreds of people in hundreds of places demanding it. Why are our elected officials so afraid to talk impeachment? They think that it is political suicide. There isn’t a statesman in our government anymore. That’s even more frightening.

   Amen. Godspeed to Eric Oemig. We are all traumatized by this hideous mess, and have been duped by the Democratic majority goose-stepping around the gangsters in D.C. And if we’re wondering why, take a close look at what Clinton did with Iraq during his administration. This “plan” has been in the works for a long time. The thought of Hillary as CIC is sickening. America has suffered decades of failed leadership. We need a true statesman in the oval office, not just another opportunist politician.

   Even MoveOn lacks the courage, motivation, and patriotism to active it’s members to impeach. At this juncture, the piddly attempts at curbing troop escalation, etc., are futile.    While it’s very sweet of a few dedicated people to find a way to vent their wrath with the current administration, one must note that impeachment has already been cast aside by the whimpy, failed congressional leadership. It’s not going to happen. So much noise, so little action. A pity.

   IMPEACH - - - I have personally started my own general strike; I will sign gladly a petition for recall of every elected officia; I have written so many emails, letters, that I have a feeling my elected representatives have set up an automatic block on my communications. Until it’s time to ask for donations, that is.

   It could happen. It ought to happen.
   If this incipient dictatorship isn’t challenged it could get stronger and more entrenched.
   One of my fears is that if Cheney is threatened with an indictment, over the treasonous outing of a CIA agent, he will “retire” for health or family reasons. Then an unchallenged W could appoint to that position his brother Jeb, who would then be positioned to run for Pres. in ‘08. I am certain the mortified Bush Dynasty would relish the opportunity to salvage the family name. Jeb would be far more sensible and subtle than W, but the structure would be in place for the corporate control of the USA to continue. With a more acceptable person in office (even Hilary), it would be even more difficult to protest and stop this process. So I am thinking that we must as a country say the behavior of this administration is unacceptable, and since they show no signs of slowing down their destructive agenda, we must impeach Cheney and Bush.
   (Would Pelosi become president in that event?)

   We could then re-establish the rule of law, restore the checks and balances established by our founders, and begin to repair relations with the rest of the world.

   It really could happen.

   We need to support the process and get it back on the table.

   Repeat after me. It really could happen.
