   How disappointing of Clinton and Obama. They still have their fingers in the air, waiting to see which way the wind blows. God forbid they should take a bold position and offend the religious right!

   wouldn’t it be nice if we didn’t interfere in anyones sexual life? we should whether you think homosexuality is good or bad even be a part of anything? isn’ it their hoice, their life and their loved one? wheter or not some wealthy politician condones it or not won’t change their sexual orientation so perphaps we should be asking our politicians how they plan to remedy global warming!

   It takes a lot of dirty money to make Clinton a contender. We need one month campaigns. If we pay for them, we might even own them.

   I doubt that neither Hillary nor Obama care what the Religious Right thinks, nor will they attempt to court their votes. IMHO both candidates are more worried about what the majority of the citizens of the country would want their president to represent. To the majority of the population of our country, it wasn’t the backlash of bush’s anti-gay stance that cost the pugs the last election. Were Hillary or Obama to grandstand over Gay Rights, it would likely cost them too many votes at this point and time. I think they both answered the question wisely.

   If the Gays think they can find more sympathetic candidates elsewhere, such as the Republican Party, they should openly court that scenereo. I haven’t been able to distinguish republicans from conservatives when they all meet at the poll booth. And last I heard, Gay Rights wasn’t something either of the groups would support.
