   Carol Lam enjoys a superior reputation here in San Diego, even among us Democrats. Details of Representative Cunningham’s self-dealing first appeared in the San Diego Union-Tribune (for which newspaper later won a 2006 Pulitizer for National Reporting). The public case against Cunningham, as presented in the press, became overwhelming. Any prosecutor would have been compelled to prosecute Cunningham under the circumstances . . . although I don’t mean to minimize Lam’s considerable accomplishments.

   We in San Diego feel a genuine loss. This case is but one more example of the Bush Administration’s efforts to advance its agenda at the expense of the people they are supposed to serve.

   The White House needs a particular kind of bureaucrat, working in a certain kind of infrastructure, to legalize what it calls its “War on Terror”. Just like journalists who know the kind of stories that will get them recognition by the big guys and maybe make it to Hollywood, federal employees also know how to climb the government ladder of success into the city on the hill. Taking out a White House enemy looks good on a resume and may get you a job interview. These problems have been with us for so long it has infected the entire system. When bureaucrats can manipulate the system for political and financial gain the whole system is wacko and must be changed. Time for a little Thai Military tactics.

   Carol Lam is the kind of person we need in this country to serve as Attorney General.

   There’s no smerk on her face and she doesn’t cover-up nude statues in the halls of justice. What a breath of fresh air! Carol Lam is a judge who believes in the “rule of law”—our next Attorney General.

   Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t Carol Lam also the presiding judge in an ongoing litigation case against AT&T for illegal wiretapping?

   Carol Lam’s firing is tragic not only for her personally, but for the people she serves and for the state of our democracy – currently at peril under this corrupt, horrific Administration.
   I found it ironic that Lam was criticized for not sufficiently prosecuting border cases, when, in fact, this Administration condones, by its silence, the indictment and sentencing of two border patrol agents who committed no crime other than do their jobs.
   Dr. Justin Frank in his inciteful work, “Bush on the Couch – Inside the Mind of the President” – detailed, via applied psychoanalysis, the sad truth that a very sick man ascended to the presidency and is working out his unfinished business on our American doorstep and throughout the world.
   Let’s all party the day Bush and bullies leave office.

   Substituting effective, intelligent public servants for incompetent sycophants is what this administration has done in every area of the federal government. Partisan firings and hirings are nothing new. Unless there is a verifiable legal conflict of interest, there is not that much anyone can do but vent about partisanship.

   Gonzales and the whole administration should have been booted long ago for permitting torture, ‘extraordinary rendition’ and leaving people in incarcerated without charges or any legal communication of any kind. These things are against the rules of engagement, as well as the Geneva Conventions. They are immoral, illegal, unproductive and worse. They may have lost us this war. Many Iraqis supported the US presence until it became clear there was no strong policy to protect prisoners or, even in some cases, civilians. It has not impressed our allies much either.

   It is funny to me how issues of lesser importance that are not really impeachable offenses get all of the press time. Libby is convicted of lying, but no one is indicted for outing a covert agent. But, of course, that may be closer to treason. And defying the Geneva Conventions may be closer to war crimes.

    Public Announcement by Corporate Resolution

    This resolution is by majority vote of the share holders of Villas at Lantern Bay, Inc. a duly registered Missouri Corporation. It is so resolved that President Lowell A. Ewalt place public request in the press to gain assistance in our corporate situation in Missouri and federal and State crimes we find ourselves victim of and to. The impact of these crimes is millions of dollars of miss directed funds, properties and securities, allowing the perpetrators from escaping federal prosecution would be travesty to America. Even though it will point out to other’s possibly the real reasons US attorneys are being switched out of their perspective job duties. It is wishes of all share holders in unison that Mr. Ewalt precedes as soon as possible and hire corporation attorney, if one can be identified not in conflict, with out fear of disbarment for exposing possible criminal activity by political officials. It is evident that the company has gathered strong enough of a evidentiary trail to file RICCO complaint against major political contributors and politicians already in the national news. This was pointed out to us in Lawyers letter to an investigator sent to us 04/01/07 So resolved by the share holders in special meeting held at corporate offices April 12th, 2007.

    To: law Enforcement Agencies in Missouri, Iowa, Florida, Arkansas, Texas, and Arizona All Federal law enforcement Agencies, to include FBI, Us Postal Inspection Service, Homeland Security. US Justice Department.

    Re; multiple crimes committed against citizens, children, securities holders and tax payers. Including suspected violent crimes, and terrorist acts intending physical harm.

    This public request is made by the shareholders of Villas at lantern Bay Inc. a Missouri corporation on and behalf and for the citizens of Missouri and the Untied States.

    As all American needs to know how crime by certain entities and organized individuals goes un-prosecuted other than their massive wealth and political contributions.

    As the State of Missouri has recognized the facts and all filings in our company have been corrected and posted By Secretary of Sate of Missouri. The 2007 Registration is filed and correct.

    All transactions of real estate sales, leases, licenses, tax filings, securities transfers, and all other transactions not to exclude fraud on the courts have been committed in last five years, and unlawful interference to normal rights of our corporation before 2002. This group has even stolen assets from an unregistered company the tax implications and federal mail frauds across sate lines is major to all citizens. As we are not their only pet project the size of their development schemes is in the billions.

    We the company, citizens and witnesses demand resolution and charges against all wrong doers, no matter what their financial status or political affiliations.

Blunt’s 7.5 million re-election campaign fund from succeeding. Some of these are our defendants and we have suffered from the obstruction of justice scheme in Missouri. Many of the hundred defendants would have to settle immediately because real estate and corporate filings have the, who what where and when required for RICO fraud. Of course notifying up all the institutions the way Bill Choate does would shut down all the money water faucets for the bad guys in Branson.”

    This request for action is made under the patriot act, as to live under the thumb of organized criminals in your own country with no assistance from the lawful authorities to protect you from their tactics including threat of life and limb even to children is just immoral in any country. Also supposedly why act was written to protect us from terrorism I think you should look up the definition of the word.

    What would you tell your children who have watched this unfold, its okay kids? We request a US prosecutor take this case aboard. The crimes are already proven that is what has put us at risk to certain individuals and entities of major political and financial power. Proof includes who, what, when, and why to prove Ricco Fraud.

    We tried twice, once in 2002 and a new US attorney, connected to these same contributors was appointed under new patriot act. The act was written by one of this state’s, most political powerful individuals and connected in person as boss and same special interest group contributors. The second time I contacted US attorneys was September 2006. We had proof finally as our own investigation and Pro Ce representation, had un-covered and took action to correct the name Identity theft crime of false filing, used to assume a false corporate persona.

    Correction completed and posted 9/07/06 and Annual meeting held in January 2007, majority shareholder vote elected new officers and provided me with this resolution to proceed to prosecute any criminal activity associated with their investments.

    We have proof that now Governor Matt Blunt had knowledge of the crime while he was secretary of state of Missouri. His dutiful actions to proceed would have cut off major campaign dollars to his and the states republican funds totaling millions. So he took no action and allowed major crime to continue hoping the poor busted stock holders would never last to get voice, or legal representation. Which we admit was hard as most every firm has some conflict or other to purse the political powers and bankers. We even ended up in the office of Lathrup and Gage noted as Attorneys for Matt Blunt personally in quote in earlier news releases by fire US attorney Bud Cummins in Arkansas, that they contacted him to se if Matt was target of investigation. They never disclosed their conflict. And I would not sign a waiver and never went back thank God s I would have hire a possible criminals attorney to sue him, unethical at best.

    We now have filed Complaint with Missouri ethics commission as the Attorney General is also in conflict as several share holders, and our firm are witnesses against one of his clients in ongoing RICCO case currently in Missouri court of Appeals. The secretary of state requested investigation into this matter, his answer was directed to us not secretary of state. His actions against these same special contributing parties would ruin his chances at running for governor also in upcoming election as they are responsible for a third of the Missouri Wealth.

    Both are officers of the state and took an oath they should read to operate as State officials as both are in violation of those oaths.

    The press releases is fro the purpose of allowing the public to know of the real injustice of the US attorneys being changed out by Patriot act it is protecting very organization that wrote it in ways not to protect the citizens but instead to oppress and control who is prosecuted and who is not.

    The last time anybody saw Iowa State University sophomore, Abel Bolanos, he was at a party having a good time. Friends recall he left the party and headed home very early on the morning of April 1. He was believed to be walking the short distance to his residence hall sometime around 4 AM.

    When the 5-foot-7, 165 pound student couldn’t be located later that day, family and friends were perplexed. They described Abel as funny, likable, trustworthy — “a really nice guy.” It simply wasn’t like him to wander off without leaving word. Local authorities immediately understood the situation and responded quickly. Without delay, they began searching — but found nothing.

    Classmates said Abel’s disappearance was particularly strange given his passion for school. The 19-year-old was attending Iowa State on an academic, four-year, tuition scholarship. Something had gone terribly wrong, and volunteers and rescue teams were soon summoned to broaden the search. On Monday, groups of Iowa State University students fanned out and began looking around campus buildings and residential areas. They went door to door asking residents whether they had seen Abel — but he had disappeared without a trace.

    The mystery of the student’s whereabouts ended shortly after 6 PM on Tuesday April 3 when a body was found in Lake LaVerne. Paramedics assisted divers as the corpse slowly emerged from the water under a blue tarp.

    “Upon recovery, the body was examined and was positively identified as that of Abel Merlos Bolanos,” said Iowa State Police Commander Gene Deisinger. “We are grief-stricken by the results,” said a written statement by the family, read by Deisinger.

    What could possibly have happened to Abel? Autopsy reports may eventually yield some answers. Officer Deisinger said there are no “obvious signs of foul play” but commented, “Cause of death has not yet been determined and the case remains under investigation.”

    Reportedly Abel was drinking at the party, however no one recalls him being upset or out of sorts in any way. How did he end up near the water? “How he got to the Lake LaVerne area is one of the several things under investigation,” Deisinger said.

    He was the best freind of my daughter his sister 6 months later is calling her. ShJace said she had been told there were witnesses who would not come forward. yes he might have been killed scare me. And yes it worked the Roy-Jack-Tom deal is real there are dead bodies all over america. they work that way you understand in case you don’t know that is Blunt Abramoff Delay.

    We had hired and he quit an american Indian attorney who had supposedly been instramental in getting financing for casinos on indian land. After stealing 60,000.00 out of another transaction he was doing for my partners he told us know federal crime had happened. Boom then we find the stolen mail sept 2006 look whats happened since then. Know fall 2007 still cannot prosecute criminals even though it is now public record. Find out who was secratary of State march 2004 when paper crime happened stealing millions. Yep the one and only Matt Blunt son of Roy.

    How do you other missouri residents feel knowing with stroke of pen if your strectched thin on cash a rich politicians kid you all trusted used state office to cover criminal activity. don’t worry though it has only been going on since 1992-1993. How many other records have this politcal syndicate allowed to be changed and most would never no till its to late. There is public record of these crimes they have to shut us up. If they kill me it will validate everything I have said. So only two deaths to scare me so far. Both during us attorney firings. You tell me both times we corrected the filings someone died. Help us with ACLU and we’ll expose them and how they have used wire tap and computer espinoge and attacks. ACLU is sending me papers lets blow this open America.

    Abels disappearance was right after a visit from Bret Landrith and Samuel Lapari both from A large kansas city case. read brets letter above and boom abel disappears. You tell me would it scare you they were that close to your kids. I hope nothing happens to us but we have decided time to call a spade a spade someone killed that boy, and Bruce a Stone County Missouri news paper reporter and both corelate with us attorney firings in our district I also had contacted prosecutor on county level in california a year earlier she said could not help me from there but would forward note to US Attorneys.
    She had told me that she had sent crminal complaint to Stone county sheriff’s office. But we found it in our original attorneys office who was really working against us we did not know about such as hidden court dates and hidden court documents. He was running for judge at the time and right there in stack of papers twenty miles from sheriffs office was complaint and evidence in envelope addressed to sheriff. Yes corruption is bad thing then he was elected. He used to bragg about how close he was to the next govenor even before Matt was elected. His election flier shows he worked for state treasure as auditor and audited local goverments. but his school timeline and one of his old workers tell us it was during corruption bankruptcy fraud case in 1992 that evently Missouri Attorney general William Webster plead guilty to after he lost eclection to replace ashcroft. Another tid bit is Missouri represenative in our district shared with us he Alan Blakenship was also campaign manager our area for the then democratic Govenor Bob Holden. Why run as reepublican and bragg about knowing republican govenor canidate if you were Democarts manager. Sickos these boys and yes congress is right they are alll criminal to some extent. the local rep said yes if it was him he would be terrified, in front of couple witnesses lets not name them and kill them should we. We will need them later. I have definite eveidence our phone was listened to even when we were talking to a senators office from one of our investors home state. We got letter from that senator the FBI would call us it never happened. welcome to my world I’m witness for plantiff in rico suite against someof them by someone else already. witness tampering was proven in that case before. Jeff and Mary Biener against the same dirty factions. our evidence was perfected in theoir case as the other side never challenged it just let it ride along. They should have argued it now it is all true and part of court record. Lets go get them my family wants its life back. Its been four years of wondering where the law was. We are americans and it is one of our liberties to bring these people to court in front all our peers and when that happens 34 defendants will wish they took ship out of america. One was cash guy in california power scandal bond money came from somewhere? I took an oath as soldier and I’m disabled and my life was near over anyway I decided to stick it out they would make mistake they did. Wait till america sees how simple of thing they forgot and it brings down mountain of bricks for all of us.

    yes changed user name and email as they hurt people. Please help my children do not let them live there life knowing what really can happen in america if we let it what is “white collar crime?” isn’t crime just crime?
    ACLU has contacted me to send me complaint forms. lets tear them down and while were at it lets look at some employees in Missouri goverment that do not change with parties they have been tearing the missouri citizens up for years with their sydicate families. Neputisum in public service can be really easy to use for corrupt officials.
